Day 4โ7: Consultation
Schedule and conduct a buyer consultation. Verify their pre-approval, understand their criteria, and set expectations for the search and offer process.
Day 8โ14: Active Showings
Show 5โ10 properties in the first week of active searching. Help them narrow criteria and build urgency through education about market conditions and competition.
Day 15โ21: Offer & Negotiation
When they find the right home, move quickly. Prepare a competitive offer within hours, present the offer, and negotiate with confidence. Keep the buyer informed at every step.
Day 22โ30: Under Contract to Close
Manage the transaction from accepted offer to closing. Coordinate inspections, appraisal, and financing. Communicate proactively and solve problems before they escalate.
