- โCreate or update your social media profiles
- โSet up your daily schedule and time-block prospecting
Month 1: Activity
Month one is about activity - make contacts, set appointments, and learn through action.
- โMake 25+ prospecting contacts per week
- โAttend at least 2 open houses (host or visit)
- โShadow an experienced agent on a listing appointment
- โPreview 10+ homes to build market knowledge
- โComplete all required brokerage training modules
Month 2: Pipeline
By month two, you should be building a pipeline of potential leads and opportunities.
- โFollow up with all SOI contacts at least once
- โStart hosting your own open houses
- โWrite and send your first market update email
- โBegin posting real estate content on social media
- โSet your first listing or buyer appointment
Month 3: First Deals
Month three is where your consistent activity starts paying off. Aim for your first signed client - whether buyer or seller.
- โConvert at least one lead to a signed agreement
- โSubmit your first offer or list your first property
- โEvaluate your lead sources and double down on what works
- โSet goals for months 4โ6
- โCelebrate your progress!
